What motivated me to teach womens boxing classes?

My classes are for women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a teen, a mom with kids, an empty nester or retired these classes were designed with you in mind. My program will teach proper punching to avoid injury. Boxing is a full body workout as well as cardio which you will get using heavy bags and punch pads. It’s very impotant to me that each person feels comfortable, excepted and to help build your confidence. I’m there to help every step of the way.
