Not sure if this is for you? Just want to give it a try? The introductory class you will be shown how to punch and hit a heavy bag and pads. This class is free and you can borrow gloves and wraps for the first class.

Thursda
Tuesday and Friday morning classes are women only.
Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will be combined with a co-ed class and I will be working with the women.
BOTH LEVELS WELCOME TO THE CLASS

BEGINNER CLASSES – TAKING YOUR FIRST CLASS AND JUST STARTING OUT . ANYONE THAT HAS THE BASIC SKILLS AND NEEDS SOME ASSISTANCE.
INTERMEDIATE CLASSES – HAS LEARNED THE BOXING SKILLS AND CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH SOME ASSISTANCE.
COST
CLASSES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL BY THE 1ST OF THE MONTH
1 CLASS A WEEK = $80 A MONTH ( $20/class )
2 CLASSES A WEEK = $110 A MONTH ( $13.75/class )
DROP-IN CLASSES = $25 A CLASS
PUNCH PASS = 10 CLASSES $175 VALID FOR 3 MONTHS
