Women’s and teen Classes ages 14 and up.
Here at Ringside Women’s Fitness, we offer a great boxing workout in our friendly and non-intimidating environment. Our goal is to teach proper boxing technique and to get a full body workout. The class consists of bag work, partner work, pad work in a blend of cardio, boxing and technical training. There is no hitting each other or fighting of any kind. The biggest thing to know before coming to class at Ringside Women’s fitness is not to feel intimidated. Remember that everyone had their first boxing class at some point too. Classes naturally offer a sense of community that can be really motivating. Everyone is working together and fighting their own fight. We are learning from each other and growing together.

Heavy bag workouts are great to build muscle, improve cardiovascular health and burn calories. Any fitness level is able to do these workouts even if its your first time. This is where you will learn your combos and lear proper technique. A great way to work off stress.

Partnering up for pad work is not only fun but a great workout. Here we learn combos and foot work.
